Jellyfish Disturb Nuclear Reactor

After entourage turtle "made it" interfere with the operation of John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, USA, now turn to gangs jellyfish fuss a nuclear power plant in Scotland, UK.

Two nuclear reactors at Torness nuclear power plant, near the town of Dunbar, Scotland's northeast, was forced to put out on Tuesday (28 / 6), after the jellyfish found in large quantities of sea water filter clogging. Seawater used as cooling the reactor during operation.

EDF Energy Party, the operator of the plant, said the shutdown of the reactor is purely a precaution and did not pose a risk of danger to society and the environment. Once the reactor extinguished, the workers immediately clean up piles of jellyfish and monitor the waters around nuclear power plants to prevent the accumulation of jellyfish or other stopper objects, such as seaweed.

Not yet known when the nuclear power plant, capable of generating electrical energy for 2.5 million homes, will be operated again.
