MILITARY United States, Thursday (17/11) tested a sophisticated weapon that has a speed hipersonic. The new weapon is mentioned to have speeds of up to five times the speed of sound.

The weapons were named Advanced Hypersonic Weapon Facility was launched from the Pacific Full Pelu Kauai, Hawaii. This missile capable of reaching the atoll Kwajelein within 2300 miles in just less than half an hour.

The Pentagon said the Advanced Hypersonic Weapon (AHW) is indeed designed to fly long distances at speeds five times the speed of sound.

Tests conducted to collect data from the technologies used in these weapons. These trials also want to see these weapons capability to make long journeys.
