VGA stands for Video Graphics Array, VGA was first marketed by IBM in 1987. But the VGA standard is not use today, now VGA use the new standard. VGA allows for translate output computer to the monitor. to the process of graphic design or playing a video game that required a high-powered graphics card. well-known card manufacturers, among others ATI and NVIDIA. wikipedia
