New Mosquito Types

Scientists have identified a new type of mosquito, Anopheles gambiae is a subgroup, the insect species responsible for most malaria transmission in Africa

new type mosquito was discovered by Dr. Michelle Riehle, from the Institute Pasteur in Paris, France along with his colleagues, during their four years researching mosquitoes by taking samples from the ponds and puddles in Burkina Faso.
