Blackberry use bing for search engines

Not only Adobe who become close partners who appeared on stage RIM BlackBerry opening World 2011 in Orlando, Florida, USA, on Monday (05/02/2011). Surprisingly Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has also appeared in front of about 6,000 attendees accompanied the Co-CEO of Research In Motion (RIM), Mike Lazaridis.

The moment was indeed used RIM to announce a strategic partnership with Microsoft. The most important announcement is Microsoft Bing will become the default search engine on BlackBerry Playbook tablet that has begun circulating on the market since April 2011. so Pula with layana maps from Microsoft.

Not only in the form of tablets Playbook application only. Steve Ballmer said that Bing also will be integrated fully up to the level of the operating system used the latest BlackBerry smartphone.

This cooperation would attract scrutiny. By cooperating with Microsoft, RIM does not need to issue a direct investment to complement the features of the devices, especially in terms of internet search engine and digital maps. RIM also ensure Playbook soon be able to run Android applications.

However, until now a mainstay of RIM is full support for Adobe technologies including Flash. On the BlackBerry World 2011, Shantanu Narayen (President and CEO of Adobe Systems and Danny Winokur (VP of the Flash Runtime Adobe Systems) was present keynote speeches. Apple is strong in tablet and smartphone market does not want mndukung Flash altogether and develop other standards for content multimedia.
