Boy 8 Year Killing Her sister with pistol

A boy who was eight years old, obviously a police officer, shot dead five-year-old sister with a gun in a motel in Houston.

The incident was the murder took place, Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 10:30 am local time in a motel room.

Bobby Roberts said the police sergeant, when the incident, the boy's father left them alone for a few minutes to pay the motel bill.

When he returned to the motel room, while his father ran down the direct perpetrators admitted to killing his brother with a gun. The father immediately check the room and she found her youngest child lying lifeless bloodied along with a pistol through his chest.

Roberts explained, the shooting was purely accidental. But parents should still be held accountable perpetrators of the incident in front of the district attorney's office in Harris County. While the actors, though not imprisoned, will be supervised by Child Protective Services, the United States.

"These children live in a motel with her father since last year after moving from California," added Roberts.

To uncover the motive for the incident, the Houston Police Department investigated the incident involving two snot-nosed kid.
