Rooney Will Be Avalaible For FA Cup Replay Against West Ham

Wayne Rooney should be fit for Manchester United's FA Cup replay
against West Ham on Wednesday, says his manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
However, Ferguson confirmed striker Rooney will miss Sunday's Premier
League match against Liverpool. The 27-year-old suffered a knee injury
during training before United's Boxing Day match against Newcastle. "I
assume Wayne will be available for Wednesday's replay," said
Ferguson." The derby game against Liverpool never changes. It's always
an immensely important game - intense, emotional. We are going into
the game in reasonable form." Rooney, who has scored seven goals in
the league this season, was replaced by Javier Hernandez, who scored
in the 4-3 win over Newcastle.
