Photos with digital SLR cameras will probably take a long time if you want to be uploaded to the website or if you want it delivered via email moreover takes the computer's memory if we want to keep them on the internet and therefore ti shorten delivery times and reduce memory usage to store the image we have to compress the size of the photo.
i write this having just get a short message from a friend who does not know about how to compress images. may also have been many who have already known.
here's how to compress images using mocrosoft office picture manager
1. Find the photo you want then right click and select open with microsoft affice picture manager.
2. After microsoft office picture manager opens and displays the images you choose to edit pictures.
3. once you click edit pictures then right will have the option to begin editing. you just choose an existing compress picture under the heading resize picture
4. After tou select compress images then there will be a choice for you. want to compress for emails, document or web pages.
5. after that click ok button and wait until the process is complete.
